Laksa [lak-sa]

A spicy South East Asian noodle soup of chicken or seafood made with coconut milk. The name translates as 10,000 or many, depending on who you listen to, on account of the high number of ingredients. There are numerous variations on the idea, and laksa is very big Down Under.
